Incoming Material Control - 100% Testing for Electric Board
Testing for electric board: There is a temperature balance room specialized for testing electric boards based on different ambient temperatures.
Each electrical panel is temperature tested three times before assembly:
Cooling test: under minus 25 ℃ for 4 hours
Heating test: under 45 ℃ for 4 hours
Normal temperature test for 4 hours
After the temperature tests are passed, the electric board will be sent to do the performance test before assembling.
Avoid Scratches and Dents in the Casing

Material Transport Control
Each casing is transported by a tooling car
Automatic Conveyer Belt
After assembly, the unit will be sent to the 2nd floor to do a cooling test by conveyor belt
Automatic Packaging Machine
Vacuum suction cup lifting machine to pack the unit, it is to avoid scratching caused by manual moving
Automated Transport Warehouse
After packing, the unit will be sent to the warehouse by automatic conveyor belt
Guidance from Experienced Welders
For welding operations, we have invited an engineer who has been involved in welding at BMW in Germany for 25 years to supervise the work, so that the leakage failure rate of our products is less than 0.1%. Each of our welding staff is strictly trained and welds according to standard procedures to guarantee the quality of our products.
Cooling Tests and Safety Tests
We have always believed that only products that undergo rigorous testing can survive in the market. The production will be sent to the second floor to do at least twice the cooling test. And the safety tests after the cooling test, our products have to go through several critical safety tests: the first cooling test, the second HI-POT test, the third double-check of product configuration, the fourth performance test, and the fifth high voltage test, in the case of electricity leakage or welding point crack during the cooling test.

We have three scientific laboratories to cater to different areas of testing, including an aging lab, a general lab, and a power version testing lab. we are one of the few companies in the industry to have our own lab.

Quality Control During Producing–Quality Tracking
Tracking Card
Each unit will have a quality tracking card so that the QC won’t miss anything.
Spot Check
After the order is completed, we will do the spot check, all of the units need to be re-checked, even re-work if one of the units has a performance problem during checking.
Aging Test
Randomly choose some units from the mass production for the aging test. It would be helpful for us to perfect our products. Most importantly, if the product has any problem, we also could provide the solution to our customers before they get feedback from the market.
