Quality Assurance Measures

Although it will affect the production efficiency, it can better ensure the quality.

Incoming Material Control - 100% Inspection of Electrical Boards

Each electric board will be arranged temperature test before assembling:
Cooling test: under minus 25 ℃ for 4 hours
Heating test: under 45 ℃ for 4 hours
Normal temperature test for 4 hours
After the temperature tests are pass, the electric board will be sent to do the performance test before assembling.

Experienced Welding Instruction

In terms of welding operations, we have invited an engineer who has been involved in welding at BMW in Germany for 25 years to supervise the work, and as a result, the leakage failure rate of our products is less than 0.1%.

Avoid Scratches and Dents

1. A tool trolley transports each casing. 2. After assembly, the equipment is transported by conveyor belt to the first floor for cooling tests. 3. Packaging of the equipment with a vacuum suction cup lift to avoid scratches caused by manual handling. 4. On completion of packing, the unit will be sent to the warehouse by an automatic conveyor belt.

Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory

Simulate different environments for product testing, in order to better understand the use of the product, and improve the product according to different sales markets and sales channels.

Multi-Testing

We always believe that only strictly tested products can meet our customers’ expectations and win us a good reputation in the market. Our products have to go through several critical tests, the first cooling test, the second HI-POT test, the third product configuration double-check, the fourth performance test, and the fifth high voltage test.

Quality Tracking Card

The quality inspection tracking card is a measure to strictly control the quality of our products. It records in detail the whole process of the product from raw material purchase, production and processing, finished product testing to shipment.
