Before assembly, 100% of our electrical boards must pass a rigorous 12-hour temperature stress test—enduring -25°C, 45°C, and room temperature for 4 hours each. Following this, every board undergoes a strict final performance check to guarantee maximum stability and reliability.

Our automated production line ensures precision and care at every step. Casings are safely transported by tool trolleys, and post-assembly units are sent via conveyor belts for cooling tests. To prevent handling scratches, we use vacuum suction lifters during packaging. Once fully packed, all units are automatically conveyed to the warehouse.
